If i am healthy with no comorbidities that have been associate with poor outcomes from infection, i would fly.
Modern planes have amazing filtration. They HEPA-filter the entire cabin air volume every few minutes. You could not ask for cleaner air in an enclosed environment than a plane.
Primary risks are the people immediately around you - the so called 6ft zone, and surfaces.
The exposure to people in the 6ft zone can be limited by mask wearing (properly fitted). Surfaces just require extra attention (I took disinfecting wipes with us for our international flight) to wipe down surfaces we would touch regularly and hand sanitizer for when we came back to the seat after moving.
